If there’s something wrong with your order, your Ample, or how you’re feeling afterwards, we’ll do our best to make things right. Here are a few things you might want to know.
- We stand by a taste and quality guarantee. If you don’t like your Ample, we’ll refund your most recent order, up to 60 bottles.
- To request a refund, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your Ample. As long as the unused portion is returned to us, we’ve got you covered.
- The return process is simple: We’ll send you a free return shipping label. Seal up the original box with the leftover Ample inside, and use the provided return label to ship it out within 14 days of initiating the return. After we receive your package (usually in 2-7 business days), we’ll issue the refund and send you a confirmation email.
- While all our packages are guaranteed against defects, our 30-day taste and satisfaction guarantee only applies to the first shipment of your subscription.
- If you have a prepaid subscription, please contact us at least 10 days before your next shipment date to cancel. We'll issue a refund for any shipments that have not been sent out.
