What is Prop 65?

Ample’s manufacturing facility is FDA-registered and follows current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) with certification through NSF International and NSF Sports certification. All Ample products are quality-tested with an independent third-party laboratory for contaminants and heavy metals.

About California Prop 65

Proposition 65, a California law enacted in 1986, requires that a warning is provided whenever someone could be exposed to one of more than 800 listed chemicals or heavy metals above an established limit. Because heavy metals occur in the environment both naturally and due to human activity, it is impossible to avoid them completely. Prop 65 standards are among the most stringent, often far-exceeding federal standards, and the need for the warning, required only under California law, is controversial. Nevertheless, Ample contains naturally occurring heavy metals included on the Proposition 65 list, so the following warning must be provided:
