How do I make changes to my subscription?

You can change shipment dates, frequency, and product type by logging in to your account. Deliveries are flexible and allow you to receive shipments at a 2, 4, or 6 week frequency. 

To edit your subscription:
1. Log in to your account at If you forgot your password or are not sure if you have an account, click here.
2. On your "My Account" page (accessible through the top right menu), select "Manage Subscriptions"
3. Choose "Edit" on the subscription you'd like to change.

There are several options on this page to customize your subscription:

Next charge date - Your next charge date is the date that your next shipment will be processed. You can select when your next order will be processed. Subscription orders are generally shipped out within one business day of processing.

Delivery schedule - This is the frequency at which your Ample will be delivered. You can choose between 2, 4, and 6 week frequencies.

Payment Method - This is where you can update your payment method.

Meal/Pack size - This is the product you're currently subscribed for. You can switch between 400cal and 600cal meals or change the number of meals you'd like to receive (6, 12, 30, 60). If you would like to switch to a different formula, we can help you with that at

Shipping/Billing Address - Update your shipping and/or billing address here.

Cancel* - If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can click the "Cancel subscription" button to do so at any time. If you would like to skip one or more shipments instead, read the skip option below. When cancelling, please follow the prompts until you see the "Cancel my subscription" button. After you click that button, the cancellation process will be completed and you will be returned to the SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS page, which will show the word "Cancelled" under the "Next charge date" column. You can click the "Re-activate" button at any time to resume your subscription.

Skip - You can control which shipments you would like to receive by clicking "Delivery Schedule" in the far left menu. You'll find a list of all upcoming scheduled shipments and be able to select the "Skip" option for the shipments you would like to skip. Your selection has been updated when the "Skip" button changes to "Unskip"

*FOR CANCELLATIONS: Once you cancel a subscription, no further orders will be processed for that subscription. Any pending orders that have already been processed will still be sent out. We want to give our subscribers' orders the best chance at being fulfilled the same day, which is why orders are prepared quickly and very early on the subscription date (around 1:30am). We send out an upcoming charge email reminder 2 days ahead of the order date (subject line: "Your Ample Subscription is on its way!") so that you have time to make any necessary changes. Last minute cancellation requests are usually not possible once an order has been processed.
