Best when chilled, we love mixing Ample with the following:
- Cold water. Add an ice cube for easier mixing and to keep the meal chilled!
- Milk (cow or goat, anything from skim to whole)
- Almond or Cashew milk
- Coconut milk
- Iced Coffee (1/2 coffee, 1/2 water)
- Iced black or green tea

How many ounces?
The nutrition label indicates a weight in grams for the meal powder. Once hydrated per the instructions on the bottle, the 400 calorie meals will come to approximately 12 fluid ounces per 400 calorie meal and 16 fluid ounces per 600 calorie meal. You can always deviate from the instructions on the label and add more or less liquid depending on how thick or thin you prefer your meals.
