How do I make changes to my order or shipping address?

This is a tough one! We have a very quick turnaround time from the moment your order is placed to when it's in processing for shipment. Usually within 4 hours of placing your order, it is no longer available for manual edits by our staff.

If there's a serious error in your shipping address or order, contact us immediately at with an email containing:

  • Email subject line: Wrong Address/Wrong Product
  • Full name:  
  • Order #: 
  • Correct address/product: 

 We'll do our best to get to the order in time and make the changes.
